Sally Kern, a controversial Republican lawmaker from Oklahoma, known for her anti-gay rhetoric and walking into the state capital with a semi-automatic handgun stashed in her purse, is once again making headlines for drafting a bizarre Proclamation for Morality, where she blames the economic crisis on homosexuality, other forms of debauchery and President Obama.

Sally Kern is on a mission to force her Christian right-wing ultra Conservative views on the rest of the world and using her position of State Rep. to do it.

When she was caught not once, but twice trying to take a handgun into the State Capitol building, she said, “Aw, I forgot!”

When questioned about her reasons for hiding a handgun in her purse, Kerr said, “It has nothing to do with the homosexual situation and I’m just sorry that I forgot to take it out.”

In her Oklahoma Citizen’s Proclamation for Morality, Kern calls for a “…need for a national awakening of righteousness in our land,” cherry picking quotes from James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson to support her notion of a government based on Bible principles and her views on morality.
